This baked chicken is sooooo yummy!
And it's great with a salad or
dipped in my
Suprisingly Better than Ranch Dressing.

1C croutons, crushed
(I use cheese and garlic flavor.)
1 pkg Lipton Garlic and Herb Soup Mix
Mix these two ingredients together and set aside.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into even sized proportions
1/4-1/2C Hellman's Real Mayonaise
Coat chicken with mayo. Roll in crouton mixture. Place in a shallow dish and bake at 530 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink on the inside. Be sure not to overbake.
