Wynne's Pasta

Yep!  That's the name of this dish...
"Wynne's Pasta"
and appropriately so
because my daughter literally FREAKED OUT
the first time I made this dish.
(It's actually called Creamy Noodles and Chicken
from a Graceland Cookbook I refer to often.)

Everyone, including her little bro,
decided we would call this dish "Wynne's Pasta."
Her little brother asks for this dish
almost as often as she does.
It's a huge hit!
Now it's my goal to come up with
an equally awesome dish for her little bro
so we can have a fav and call it
"NoahTate the Great... fill in the blank."
he he he

It would be so fun for you to try this dish
and let me know how your family enjoyed it!
Leave a comment here on this post or on FB.
And if you have a hankering to share a recipe as well,
my family would be ever so grateful!

Wynne's Pasta

3C chicken, cooked and cubed
(I use 2 full boneless, skinless chicken breasts browned in 1TBsp of olive oil.)
1/2 8oz pkg dry Italian dressing (about 1TBsp)
1 8oz pkg egg noodles (I use Inn Maid small flat egg noodles.)
2 TBsp butter, soften -NOT melted
1 C whipping cream
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1-1/2 TBsp parsley, chopped (I used dry instead of fresh.)

Boil noodles according to pkg directions.  Drain and return to pan.  Stir in butter and toss to coat.  Stir in chicken, cream, cheese & parsley.  Mix well.  Add 1/2 pkg dressing and save the other 1/2 for another time.  Cook over medium heat until evenly coated.  Serve immediately.

Our family enjoys adding REAL bacon bits and sauted capers to our individual portions. MMMM....
