Servant Stampers

This post may seem a bit long but please read it all the way through
so you might know a bit more about how to encourage
someone you know who may be suffering emotionally.
After you've read the following note about Servant Stampers,
feel free to contact me with the name and address of the recipient
to which you would like to have a hand made greeting card sent.
Without invading privacy, please tell me a tiny bit about why
this friend needs some encouragement
(ie. death in the family, loss of job, depression, etc.)
Then let me know if you would prefer the card be anonymous
or have your name mentioned.
The card will have a return address of my address (no name)
so as to insure its safety of arrival.
There will be reference to and information for
Servant Stampers on the back of the card.

Servant Stampers is a group of volunteers hosted by
(me) Kelly Gettelfinger, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
This group invites teenagers and adults with a heart for
encouraging others to come together and create
memory albums and greeting cards
through the art of paper crafting.
The memory albums and greeting cards are donated to groups
such as Hosparus (Hospice,) retirement homes,
and church outreach programs.
At the request of individuals, these items are also donated
to loved ones experiencing a need of being uplifted.

Servant Stampers depends solely on the support
of generous donors such as yourself.
Please consider helping Servant Stampers
via monetary donations or participation.
Your time is deeply respected and therefore
means just as much to the program as a monetary contribution.

The memory albums and greeting cards are all created by hand.
Many hands are needed to touch the lives of many.
One person can not make Servant Stampers successful
but one person can benefit the success
of sharing encouragement to many.
Please consider attending a monthly gathering at least once
to assist in the creating process
of memory albums and greeting cards.

Most supply items donated to Servant Stampers
have been graciously given by Stampin' Up!,
a rubber stamp manufacturing company
and Kelly Gettelfinger, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
However, any and all NEW paper craft items of any brand are welcome.
Local craft stores in this area offer great sales
on paper crafting supplies.
Items always in need are...
packages of card stock of any color or size
(must be CARD STOCK and not construction paper,)
decorative papers of any kind,
any kind of embellishments
(such as buttons, ribbon, brads, etc.,)
8x8 page protectors,
and double sided adhesive tape
(preferably Tombo Monoadhesive... the package
sometimes shows a little dragonfly on it.)
Please consider purchasing some or any
of these items and send them to Kelly Gettelfinger
who will then add them to the Servant Stampers supply box.

ALL monies donated to Servant Stampers
goes DIRECTLY to the purchase of supplies.
Please contact Kelly Gettelfinger
for more information on how to donate monetarily.
(812) 246-1964 or kellyjeanstamps@gmail.com

and the last way but certainly not to be credited
as less important than any of the ways listed above would be...

Please share this information with anyone and everyone
you think might respond in a positive way.
We live in a fallen world.
Hearts are aching for a savior.
There is One reaching out and He asks us to reach out with Him.
Some people are called to travel the land with His encouragement.
Some people are called to travel the waters with His encouragement.
Some are asked to share His encouragement
right in their very communities.
Help Servant Stampers encourage aching hearts
by sharing the Good News through "paper hugs."
Please tell others about our program and ask them to be involved.

Stamping to serve and encourage,
Kelly Gettelfinger, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

"so in Christ we, though many, form one body,
and each member belongs to all the others.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.
If your gift is prophesying,
then prophesy in accordance with your faith;
if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach
 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement;
if it is giving, then give generously;
if it is to lead, do it diligently;
if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully."
Romans 12:5-9
