That's All, Folks!

What to do with all of those SCRAPS?!

I save ALL of my scraps.
They simply go into the same
Designer Series Paper package
in which they came.
All of them go IN FRONT OF
the 12" x 12" paper remaining in the package.
Small scraps to the front and
larger pieces to the back of the smaller.

When the very last piece of 12" x 12" piece has been used,
I empty the package of scraps and begin

First the largest pieces get trimmed to
as many 4" x 4" pieces as possible.
Next, the remaining larger pieces are
trimmed to as many 3" x 3" pieces as possible.

The next trim may throw you a bit...
the next size of trimmed scraps is
2-3/4" x 2-3/4".

These 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" are perfect for
3" x 3" Note Cards!

The last trim I make is to create
2" x 2" pieces which work nicely
behind card stock punched with the
Scallop Square Punch.
(see photos below)

The remaining random scraps
either get used or trashed.
If I have time to create a few
Clean and Simple Cards,
If I don't have time,
the remaining pieces get tossed
simply because I lack storage
(and the sanity to keep all of the teeny tiny pieces!)

Another great project,
besides Clean and Simple Cards,
to create are Cello Bag Gift Packages.

The toppers for these Gift Bags
are SO easy to create!
And the package is
Gotta love that in this day of "green!"
