Chevron Strips

Snowflake cards are always fun even
after the Christmas holiday has passed!
Be sure and grab your
"Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper"
before it is no longer available (January 2)!
You can purchase it and more
at my online store here...

I've seen videos of this card
and regardless of how hard I try,
I can never seem to get the measurements
given in the videos to match up with my
chevron strips.

So here is a quick photo tutorial for ya!

Trim out FOUR strips measuring 1-1/4" x 3" each.

Always FOLD UP...
(it actually doesn't matter if you fold up or down...
but if you think "fold up," the strips will always work out correctly.)

TWO STRIPS fold up from the left hand side
(turn... don't flip... just turn each piece and fold up again.)

TWO STRIPS fold up from the right hand side
(turn... don't flip... just turn each piece and fold up again.)

These four pieces will line up on card stock measuring
3-7/8" x 5-1/8"

The next mat of card stock measures
4-1/8" x 5-3/8"

And the base card stock measures
5-1/2" x 8-1/2" or
4-1/4" x 5-1/2" (folded)

Thanks for visiting!
Have a creative day!
