Cocoa... my hero

Continuing to hop right along with
some very talented people over at the

http://coffeelovingcardmakers.com/2015/02/spring-coffee-lovers-blog-hop/

I'm not a coffee drinker but LOVE LOVE LOVE
all the fun coffee, cocoa, tea images available
on the market these days.
And although I am not a big fan of coffee,
cocoa IS my hero...

Wait... cocoa is NOT my hero, hehehe.
Whoever BRINGS me cocoa is my hero!
Yes, that's it. hehehe

So yesterday was my son's
SUPER SIXTEENth BIRTHDAY!
(This mum's not sure she can handle this, wink.)
I asked my little artsy fartsy daughter
to draw a cake or something
for her brother... nothing fancy...
a cupcake would do.
And she decides to draw THIS...

Instagram @a_walk_in_the_art

Sigh... yes, I've raised an over-achiever.
And a darn good one!
You go, Wynne-girl!!!

Of course I had to play with the image!
What a huge temptation for a paper artist, right?!
To have fantastic images just at your finger tips,
waiting for some paper and ink... oh my!

Obviously the card above is my son's.
Although he might think I was pretty funny
if I decided to give him the one below.
hehehe

Would you like some "Spidey" images?
Leave a comment ON THIS POST
and I will draw a lucky winner
to receive a few RAK images of
"Birthday Spidey" by Wynne.

It would be great if you would follow
"Always Stampin'"
and if you are on Instagram,
it would be fun if you followed me
@always_stampin
and my crazy artistic daughter, Wynne
@a_walk_in_the_art
BUT so totally NOT needed to win :)

I felt "challenged" to submit a CAS
(Clean And Simple) card to the
My first card might not be so simple
but it is very "clean" in appearance.
I would say my son's birthday card is very simple
but just in case someone thought differently,
I thought maybe I would "simplify" a bit more.
Add a few crayons and the card becomes
THE GIFT.

The challenge is titled "This makes me happy!"
And we are asked to share something
about the card and why it makes us happy.
1. I totally dig Marvel comics.
(bet ya didn't know that about me)
2. My daughter and her talents make me
CRAZY happy!
3. MY SON IS SIXTEEN Y'ALL!!!
and
4. Someone left a "not-so-nice" comment
for me recently
and a friend of mine noticed.
Without knowing it bothered me,
she texted me and perked me right up.
THAT made me very happy!
Thx, Sharon!

And thanks to ALL of you for visiting
(especially if you decide to leave a NICE comment)!
Have a very creative day!
